My friend, Michelle, is more commonly known as Girrlscout in the fashion + beauty world, making her own mark and inspiring other young women to do the same with her own line of apparel and accessories available to purchase online at girrlscoutshop.com. In the spirit of collaborating, my client uses other artists and creatives to design her ideas and bring them to life. Once I learned that she had an artist opening, I contacted her and gave her some spec work so she could see if my design style be a good fit for her company’s image. Of course, we hit it off and I’ve been designing for her ever since.
